This small shopping centre, planned for Olievenhoutbosch in the southwest of Centurion, was designed for Nu-Way Housing Developments (Pty) Ltd. The built form features clean, simple lines with an emphasis on light and shadow. The design intent is to convey a sense of value through large shopfronts and focal coloured elements, while minimising capital expenditure by using alternative building materials and non-load-bearing components. Steel frame construction provides flexible, easily adaptable spaces to accommodate a variety of commercial tenants.
