OBLIQUE CORPORATE CENTRE

This ongoing project is a +/-4000 m² multi-tenanted corporate office in a small but rapidly expanding mining town located in Limpopo. The design aims to create useable exterior spaces which are sheltered from the harsh sun while presenting a striking visual to become a landmark in the area. The flexible spatial arrangement provides for up to 12 individual tenants, each having access to garden spaces.
