Nguni is a large government initiative on behalf of the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality to develop more than 3000 new community residential units. It is located on a challenging site with many areas unsuitable for construction. In accommodating these limitations, Archland has designed a family-friendly neighbourhood that includes ample parklands, recreational and public space.
