CLEARWATER OFFICE PARK 2

The Second Office Park, accessed off of Park Road, hosts 11 different office buildings. A central focus of the design is a central plaza space with an open air dining area and kiosk. The plaza space responds to all the surrounding buildings which have a view over the feature water fountain and uninterrupted pedestrian circulation is provided throughout.
