One of the most common challenges that can hinder an architectural project is the unexpectedly high cost of construction. Clients often have unrealistic expectations about what can be achieved within their predetermined budgets, largely due to limited awareness of current market rates in the construction industry.

 

To help our residential clients better understand construction costs, Archland has developed a tool called the Client Budget Estimator. This tool presents a series of guided questions and selectable options to calculate an estimated construction budget, based on defined assumptions and industry averages.
