This small shopping centre, planned for Olievenhoutbosch in the South West of centurion, was designed for Nu-way Housing Developments (Pty) Ltd. The built form makes use of simple clean lines with an emphasis on light and shadow. The intent is to create a feeling of value with large shop fronts and focal coloured elements while limiting capital expenditure through the use of alternative building materials and non-load bearing elements. Steel frame construction allows for flexible, easily adaptable spaces which can accommodate the needs of various commercial tenants.
